Scientific background with a PharmD cum laude and a thesis in Pharmacoeconomics on Budget Impact analysis.
After university I attended a master course in Health Management in SDA Bocconi, a one-year full time program during which I have learned all the processes that regulate the NHS and deepened the role of marketing and market access in the pharmaceutical field and their tasks.
Once I finished master’s degree, I started a Talent Program in Novartis Italia. I had the chance to discover different departments and roles: starting from Medical Department, moving to Marketing and services, till to Market Access and Institutional Affairs.
During this experience, I learned the basics of medical roles, acquired and honed marketing skills and received great responsibility right away.
