Prior to join the supply chain Gianluca had a broadening experience in human resources, where e he led first the industrial relations for a plant and then he was the led the organization strategic design for the physical distribution.
Before his work in HR he had a solid experience in operations, where he led the production of FMCG. This experience was instrumental to learn how to lead complex organizations and deliver results with the team; in fact, top results can be achieved via highly motivated team, a score of 4.5/5 in people management and 98% in employee satisfaction demonstrated a talent in people management.
Gianluca was graduated in aircraft engineering, after winning the PhD in aircraft structures, he decided to pursue a managerial career at Procter & Gamble.
